Highlights of Experience
Have successfully ran gas line up to two inches for pool heater with outdoor underground flex pipe with risers. Complete (plumbing) of gas pipe for residential houses for inspectors with an air pressure test of 15 pounds. Install Roth oil tanks single and dual in residential houses for oil boilers.
Installed zone heat with zone relays and multiple pumps on a school putting each floor on a separate circulating pump and each room with its own zone valve with flow meter and thermostat.
Over past 10 years, have done major renovation on Woodbridge Golf Club, Mountain Creak Lodge, Marriott, JFK hospital and private residences. Trouble shooting steam boiler problem where no steam going to all radiators, had to repipe unit and install new air vents.
Trouble shot various HVAC calls where home owner was disappointed with previous technician. Used a Takagi tankless water heater to successfully heat up two rooms as a boiler, one being radiant floor while other room installed hi-trim baseboard.
Used latest technology of joining copper and pex together with a propress tool which crimps pipes together ½ up to 2 inch.
